I have only seen a precious minute or two of the ABBA computer-generated avatars and concert. Would you happen to know if this will end up as a DVD release or is it just a one-off concert in London as I read? It seems like a no brainer it would be released at some point but hate to have my hopes crushed.

In a Q&A on the official ABBA Twitter account in September, this question was answered:
For the moment, the home of ABBA Voyage will be at the ABBA Arena in London and it will stay there for some time. The ABBA Voyage concert is best experienced live in London – and it’s all about the experience. There are no plans to make it available to live stream or DVD.
From what little has been published about the Voyage concert, it looks to me like it is going to be something like a Cirque du Soleil show, filling the whole arena, not just a stage at the front of the hall, which would be difficult to properly convey on television.
Do you have any information about the connection of Slim Borgudd as a musician with ABBA. Slim was more known as a Formula 1 racer in the early 80’s on a ATS car with ABBA logos on it. On Wikipedia, I don’t find any info regarding his career as musician with the group. Which instrument did he play? How did he get in contact with the group? On which ABBA title can we hear him? Was he on stage during ABBA’s performances? etc.
Thank you
Sergio from Brussels
As far as I’ve been able to determine, Slim Borgudd (born Karl Edward Thomas Borgudd) may have played drums for Hootenanny Singers shows in the late 60s/early 70s. He may have also played some early shows by Björn, Benny, Agnetha and Anni-Frid, but there is no evidence he played on any ABBA recordings. He has several credits as a member of bands or playing on albums for a number of Swedish artists on Discogs.com, dating from 1966 up to 2018, some including other names who have contributed to ABBA’s recordings, concerts, and projects outside the group.
Just a note to inquire why the Australian green/gold vinyl edition is so late for release. I read that June 2022 is the current time line, that sounds a bit off.

The Australian exclusive green and gold splatter vinyl version of Voyage was advertised for pre-orders on 22 October 2021, with orders closing on 11 November, for dispatch on 30 June 2022. The album is being made to order – only the number of copies ordered will be manufactured (plus, presumably, some extra copies to allow for spoilage). It was planned for late release, not delayed by backlogs in vinyl pressing plants, as some of the other Voyage coloured vinyl albums scheduled for release on 5 November were.
Could be a full version of Elaine Paige version of ‘When The Waves Roll Out To Sea’ from Chess?
Thanks as always.

There are a couple of versions of ‘When The Waves Roll Out To Sea’ online. Here is the best quality one that I could find. There is also demo with different lyrics entitled ‘If The Stars Are In The Sky’ sung by Tommy Körberg, and a lovely instrumental version by Benny.
